I recently hired Mohsen and Proper Roofing for some roof repairs after a recent storm, and I am beyond impressed. They came and stayed late to make sure the repairs were completed before the next storm so we didn't have to worry about further damage.

Mohsen and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Mohsen was communicative and responsive from my initial email inquiry up to the moment he left. He patiently answered all my questions, explained the process in detail, and provided a clear estimate with photos detailing the work he completed.

I highly recommend Proper Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. They are reliable, skilled, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Second time working with Proper Roofing. Very good experience. Mohsen, Reza and the team worked tirelessly cleaning and repairing our roof. It looks so much better. Most importantly, it was stress-free as I felt confident that they would do a great job for us and charge a fair price, which they did. Thanks!

Truly enjoyed retaining the services of Proper Roofing multiple times since 2021. Mohsen and his team are great with customers. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend their services. Their quotes and assessments have always been upfront and honest. Mohsen always has a smile on his face. I am an engineer and deal with many contractors on my construction projects on a day to day basis and can say with confidence that their assessments and repairs have always been professional and accurately and safely done. Last but not least, they take ownership and a high sense of responsibility for their work.

Mohsen and his team at Proper Roofing are some of the best and kindest people I have worked with. They offer honest advice and are not interested in making you pay for something if it’s not broken. I had other companies come and tell me my gutters needed replacing and were quoting me 6-7K, Mohsen’s team came and told me they could fix the gutter and clean them out as they were not broken just detached from the home. He only charged me a fraction of what the other companies were asking. Because of this honesty I did not hesitate to get my entire roof changed by his team. He even offered to do a temporary patch as he could not schedule me in until later in the month. He wanted to make sure the leak in my roof would not cause more damage. They showed up on time, with all the supplies needed, they assured walkways and access to the home would be safe, they completed the job in a timely manner , and made sure to clean up everything. I can’t say enough great things about Proper Roofing. I would not hesitate to get more work done from them in the future if needed.

We are very happy with the service from Proper Roofing. We had a small issue where some shingles had come loose in recent winds. Mohsen responded quickly to my email request, and came by to fix the problem within a couple of hours. We'll call Mohsen first next time.
